The Story
These are very uncommon and hard to get a hold of! Its been 3 years since were able to get these in! This species is "Varanus ornatus" and is a smaller, more docile, more terrestrial form of its cousin the Nile Monitor.
These are an absolutely beautiful lizard that is easy to keep. They are currently eating insects and are in perfect condition. Their bright pink tongue can be seen in the second photo.
